Beyond the Code
In an effort to create a truly defensible space around your property, we go above and beyond the regulated "Fire Code," approaching every property as a unique standalone assessment, taking into account terrain, wind behavior and historical patterns to ensure the measures taken will provide protection, regardless of conditions.
Independent Water Source & Sprinkler Systems
In an effort to reduce homeowner dependence on municipal water sources, we provide the option to gain total water independence via the installation of above or below ground water tanks, or even private wells, where your home fire defense sprinkler systems can pull from in case of emergency.
Community and Estate Protection
In addition to providing this service to single family homes, we also focus on protecting communities as a whole; this includes large estates, vineyards and even HOAs. In these cases, our action plan will be complete with everything from defensive perimeter(s), independent water systems and even a coordinated response plan that can be implemented internally in case of emergency.
